Difference in age for breeding?

What’s the minimum/youngest age for these 2 breeds to be able to breed?

Holland lop
Flemish Giant

Netherland Dwarfs are 6 months
Flemish Giants are 7 months
And Holland lops are also six months


They can get pregnant sooner, but that could cause big problems

I have heard that you should wait 8 to 9 months for Flemish giants.
