For the past few days I've noticed that my once plump Holland Lop doe has been dropping weight drastically. This is where deworming can come in. She has access to food an water all day. Her feed consists of Srout rabbit food, Show Pro rabbit food, and oats. She still has an appetite and is very active. She is just very skinny in her top line and ribs, but her coat is at its normal. I've been thinking of deworming her.
Should I deworm her?
If so, what do you use to deworm your rabbits and how much?
Just comment whatever you would do in this situation.

What sort of cage is she in?

What is her water source?

Intestinal worms are rarely a problem in rabbits kept in wire floored cages so if that is what your using I would suspect another issue

You really must identify which parasite is the problem in order to treat them - Pin worms can be treated with fenbendazole but Coccidia or Giardia or E. cuniculi require different drugs and treatment schedules
