I like the blue/black broken Rex. Too bad they couldn't get any more of the same out of her!

Yeah, the owner of the website "Reh" is a forum member here too, he recently posted something about his lutino's.

The mosaic rabbit is also mentioned on the page and this is what i came across.
How does someone randomly get a rare mosaic patterned rabbit and use it for commercial purposes?
Though this mutation is not heritable with breeding..

I LOVE the angora Rex.

I always wondered what one would look like and now I know - a scruffy little terrier!

I wonder if they need to be trimmed or if it stops on it'd own, hummm.

I wonder is the mosaic are actually chimeras? 2 animals in one body.
In snakes there are paradoxs, like an albino with black markings it's thought to be a somatic mutation. Basically something just goes wrong while the the animal is forming. Here is a paradox ball python, she should not have the patches https://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?f ... =1&theater
Like Splash, he is a varigatd(white dominant spot) buramese mouse, his body should be a uniform color the dark patch on his shoulder is a somatic mutation

You see chimeras, paradoxs and somatic mutations in a lot of animals. None are genetic, just something goes crazy somewhere along the lines :)
