Alright my buck's fur is coming out in clumps! He is laying around more than usual. I've checked him for fleas and thats not the case. What is wrong with him?

Is he just molting?

If he seems normal otherwise, he's likely just moulting heavily. Moulting can make them a bit irritable and lethargic. Brush him to remove loose fur so he doesn't ingest it. If any other symptoms appear, be sure to post again. I'm just giving you my best guess on what is happening.
