 i couldnt fiqure out what to do with my culled breeders well i figured it out! So here is a quick true carolina bbq sauce: 2 cups apple cider vinegar 3tblsp lemon juice 1 1\2 tblsp brown sugar 1 tblsp cayenne pepper 1tsp salt 1tsp black pepper place all in sauce pan simmer for 25 min. Take one or two rosters or if you got a really big rabbit place in pot cover with water bring to boil then turn down but still be bubbling cook till you can pull apart with fork. Then drain and remove all bones place meat in Carolina b q sauce mix well place in fridge for 30 to 60min. Then bring to boil rapidly then simmer for 7 min scoop on to buns add a spoonful of slaw on top of pulled rabbit injoy! Pairs well with corn on the cob a a big ice cold glass of ice tea

You can do this in the crock pot too, less labor intensive! Just put the meat on and get in with your day! :)
