have two pregnant does in the same cage and let them start a colony with all their babies? will they kill each others babies? any tips?

Johny, you need to read and read in these forums since most of your questions have already been covered. Colony raising is not as simple as it sounds. There can be problems between does, especially if one is more dominant. Extra space in the colony helps and so do extra nest places, but they are no guarantee. The best way to start a colony is with two young does raised together.

yeah, I wouldn't do it with two does not together from birth...really, even if they SEEM to get along, it doesn't mena you will get any live kits. I did it for a bit, and all my kits died within a week of birth. I am now starting over with young baby does.
