Can someone tell me whats wrong with my doe?

I just purchased this girl a few weeks ago. At the time of purchase she was fine and I did not notice any health conditions. 2 days ago I noticed something was wrong with her face. I originally thought that one side was swelling, but I believe that the smaller side is tighter? I'm not sure how to word that. Anyways, there is no swelling or masses in the jaw or face that I can feel and her teeth look normal. She is eating and acting normal so far. Does anyone have experience with this?

Is there heat on the affected side? She could have been stung. I would just watch her but the fact that she hasn't changed eating habits is good. Whatever it is may likely resolve itself.

I did not notice any fever in that area. I hope it resolves itself
