Camp Day

I moved 8 youngsters into my largest pen two weeks ago and they skyrocketed on me
So Sunday is camp day I think. Then I'll have lots of space for the two new litters I've got. My chin doe gave me 11 today, looks like all castors. Two weeks ago my doe (I'm not sure of her colour, black with silver trim in her ears and the nape of her neck) gave me a small litter, only four but OMG they are almost as big as my four week olds. She stays, these guys are bricks. :lol:

I hope the trip to camp goes smoothly for the youngsters.

:chef: I just had camp day today. 21 rabbits later...phew. And we are going to have rabbit with every meal I think for the rest of summer. Soooo tired. I freed up lots of space and the colony/grow out yard is now repopulated with 7 and 8 week olds. They think they are at summer camp. They were trooping around like one big party. .....glad that they have that until the other camp day

I've got six more waiting for the grow out pen and 17 ready to be weaned. They're six weeks now and well on their way. I've just enough space

Camp day has been pushed back for a week, my friend has puppies going home today so I've got to wait so we don't freak the new owners out.
