Went out to check the rabbits a bit ago. NZW bit me AGAIN. Blah I really hate her. Both Sf does are panting. They have both made a few nests and ripped them apart during the night. They are on day 31 and 28. We are excited to see wiggly babies again. The SF rabbits are so much nicer than the NZW is.

How long have you had the biting NZ? Has she had any litters with you?

The NZW has been mean since I got her. Hormones make it worse. Instead of charging or batting you she bites. She had a litter 9days ago. Today she took a good chunk out of my finger tho. Had it not been for the babies she is taking excellent care of she would have been culled today.<br /><br />__________ Fri Jan 25, 2013 2:52 pm __________<br /><br />Ive had her for 2 months.

:shock: How awful. I was hopeful that she would settle if she had a litter with you, but apparently not.

Lunging is scary enough behavior, but tolerable. Hopefully if you raise a doe kit from her it will be sweet.

I don't plan on keeping any of them. They are all destined for FC. I are starting over in march/april with better stock.
