Usually they are referred to as black eyed white as well as frosty point and ermine. It's just a chin that got nonextension (what makes red or tort).

They are the cutest buggers at 2-3months when covered in swirly grey patterns. We sell lots of them because we have a frostie who produces about 50% in every litter and every one is unique in how it's color comes in over time.
