Ain't she a pretty girl?

She's busy raising nine kits right now...

and unfortunately it will be her last litter for me...

She dry sneezes in the heat. If I keep her cool, she's fine. On cold rainy days she's as happy as a clam. But add heat....and she sneezes. No snot, no excess moisture..NOTHING. Just these dry sneezes...and only on hot days

it's a bummer. Her kits are nice too.....

Any thoughts on what might cause this??? Why would heat affect this rabbit in this manner?

Just out of curiousity, is she outdoors? When it's hot, is she seeing the sun? Or is it even if she's in a shaded area but it gets warm she starts to sneeze? Wondering if it's similar to the trait that some humans have where walking into sunlight causes sneezing.

she's in shade and its not like she sneezes all the time, just when it's getting hot...you know when the day changes from night time temps to hot day temps? Or when you've had a cooler morning and its getting hotter in afternoon. Then she'll sneeze.

She's been fine up until having kits so I find it odd....
