I don't know if this is allowed - if it's not I'm sorry, and won't be upset if it's deleted.
Bug4H and I are participating in this years CIBC Run For the Cure.
We have a goal to raise $500.
If you can spare even a dollar or two (or more, of course), it would help us along !
We have a vested interest in raising research funds, as we have lost not only MY mother and grandmother, but also a close friend (young woman in her 30's, single mom with 3 kids !) to breast cancer.
And I am currently in limbo after a "bad" type of cyst has been found in one of my breasts.
Not bad enough for immediate surgery, but high on the list of watchful waiting and close monitoring, as it's of a type that can turn cancerous about 20-25% of the time.
