My favorite part of chicken is the marrow. Whenever my partner orders wings they always give me the bones to crack open and eat. I also obviously love pork and cow marrow, though i have found that duck marrow tastes like wet dog. Have any of yall ever cracked open the bones of a cooked rabbit and tried the marrow? If so, is it good?
