Bleeding after birth

My French Lop had her first litter this morning, she seems to be bleeding when urinating - I've not seen this with my New Zealand rabbits - should I worry?

Are you sure its blood? Sometimes their pee can be pretty red depending on what they ate

She has never had red urine before, yet we did give her lots of dandelions and plantain today - would this make her urine red?

Not necessarily. Sometimes they just have red pee that really looks like blood but there isn't anything at all wrong with them. Mine have had the red pee before and I asked the same question. I believe with mine it was a one time occurrence and I've never seen it since. I just chalk it up to they got a hold of some red dye.

There is no blood today so I think we are in the clear!
