I put her in with Big Daddy today and he did his thing twice, she grunted the
whole time. One the second time, she was not lifting for him and so I was
peeking under the wire cage and right then she lifted and saw the whole thing.
It was totally enlightening! Now I get why it seems that the buck has to roll up
under them practically! Anyway, I put her back in her cage and went to get some
hay. I put some in her cage and she growled and lunged at me! Didn't bite, just
a lunge. Of course I jerked my hand back and scratched it on the cage...LOL!
Then she laid down and actually sulked, seriously. I got her to let me pet her a
little bit and then left her alone. Maybe her name should be Big...something
else! HA! Big Attitude? Big Chip on Shoulder?

Bunny snit. They are good at it. At least she didn't give you "cold butt" - rabbit literally turning its back to you, the ultimate insult. The lunging,,, she may have been afraid you were going to put her back in with the buck.

I suppose you did pimp her out in a way. I'd feel the same way, LOL

I would rather get the "cold butt" than worry that she will bite me. This morning she did it again and then proceeded to fuss at me, Big Daddy in the cage behind her and the junior does in the cage next to her...seriously, for like 5 solid minutes! Talk about bunny snit

I had one that was kinda like that, not that bad though, geez!! She was witchy for an hour or two, and then calmed down to her normal friendly self.

Didn't know that was the bunny being insulting...I get that a lot from a certain someone!
