Best size for holland lop nestbox?

What size are most of you using? Especially for your bigger brood does? I hate taking up so much cage space with the 10x9x18 tractor supply cages, they are a bit big anyways. But the smaller nestboxes that are 14 inches long, I'm afraid are too short. I found the Ware boxes that are 9x9 1/2x16. What are your thoughts? Thanks

I have seen people use a Rubbermaid tub a little bigger than shoebox size..... Would something like that work for you?

Mine are 6x6x16 and more tunnel like and the does can rest on top
