Beat the heat?

So besides shade and frozen water bottles, does anyone have any tips on keeping my rabbits cool this summer? In my part of Idaho. It's not uncommon for it to hit into the 100s. So I'm pretty worried. Last year both the girls lived inside.

How are you currently set up? If your cages are hanging then misters and fans can help a lot. Our cages are lower to the ground and then they have tunnels that go into a sort of underground room. But what will work best for you kind of depends on what kind of set up you already have.

Another option is ceramic tile or marble resting boards. Especially if they can be put in the fridge a day ahead of time. Or hosed down during the day.
