Here is another way to enjoy rabbit.

this is what I do for my family, you can change to your likes or needs.

I make 3 large pizza skins, on all of them I use an olive oil and garlic mix
for the sauce.
1, I put on a cheese mixture and BBQ Rabbit meat.
1, I put on the cheese mixture and BBQ Rabbit meat, black olives, fresh spinish
1, No cheese BBQ Rabbit meat, and on 1/2 of the pizza I also add pineapple chunks.

I bake them at 450 for 12 to 15 mins. until gloden brown, and the cheese is melted
let cool and slice.

The cheese mixture is motzarella and mile cheader.
the olive oil and garlic sauce is just that, heated olive oil with minced garlic. heated until the garlic starts to get a little brown.

1 of the pizzas is made with no cheese, because my youngest son will not eat cheese. and I put pineapple chuncks on 1/2 of it, because I like pineapple.

The BBQ Rabbit meat is shreadded rabbit meat, heated in a pan with your favorite BBQ sause.

you may try using a honey mustard sauce.
we have done this a couple of times. it may be a little tangy for some kids.
you could also just use the meat plain with out any sauce.

Oh, man... my son has been wanting rabbit pizza! He doesn't like BBQ, though, so I'll have to do it differently. :)

Try this, except with rabbit instead of chicken: http://carpeseason.com/herbed-chicken-m ... at-recipe/
WOW. Does that look amazing!!! I will have to try that! Thank you!

He's a funny little bunny. He will work with a tomato sauce in a pizza, and in a spaghetti (it's taken us a while to get here). He will also do a white sauce on spaghetti.

Does he really like them? Well... no. But he's okay with them. Besides that, no sauces or condiments of any sort... except cheese.

This is the kid who can't stand ketchup, mustard, jelly, syrup, mayonnaise... nothing.
