My family and I are new to the rabbit world with a pair of mini rex rabbits we have as a 4-H project for my son. We also are wanting to breed them for pets, breeding stock, and potentially meat and pelts. I grew up breeding show and meat rabbits and was interested in the rex as a dual purpose breed for pelts and meat too even though they are small. I am now looking into adding a standard rex doe to our group but unsure how well that will work with the smaller buck. Looking forward to having help and giving help in this community where I can!

I don't know specifically about those breeds but you can breed a larger doe to a smaller buck, you don't want to do it the other way round.
