Tamuks are supposed to have a nicer disposition, that's part of why I got them.
I have 6 total. I got a trio from a breeder, 2 sisters and an unrelated buck. One sister is great. She could make a fun pet. The buck has his moments, but he's good. The other doe (3 mos) attacked me today when I went to offer a treat. She's a little over 5 lbs. I don't want an aggressive rabbit. If I put her in the freezer now (I could) she'd be some really expensive meat. I'd rather get a litter or 2 from her before I freeze her.
I know she's a little young to breed though. (My buck is 4 mos, a little young himself.)

Suggestions?
I'm going to put a hide box in her cage and move her to the far end of the rabbitry where it's quieter and see if it helps her settle down some.
