45 live popples born....

Excellent day today....born late last night or this morning is 45 popples that lived out of 6 does average kits was 8. One of my cream D'Argents had 9 kits. My Siamese satin had 9 but 3 were smashed with small bites on the top of their heads. Three of my NEW Zealand Whites had 8 each and one New Zealand white had 8 one born on wire so 7 live.. I still have 3 more does due any day and 3 due in a few weeks. I better get extra feed in. I did all the breeding to get meat pens for fair.

Checked all the kits today and they all have nice full bellies. I can't wait till they fur out. Went up to my friends and pulled a lot forage to dry for the does. Whenever I check the nests I give them some treats. They are like go ahead mess with the babies just keep giving me the greens. Spoiled does.
