She is lovely! You can certainly try to breed her. She may have too much internal fat and wont take, but if she does, she should have no problem with the kindling. I'd say if she has good fiber quality and you intend to harvest it, go ahead and take a chance on her. The worst that can happen is she wont breed, but you will gain experience in caring for a wool breed and decide if they are right for you.
