Is Chocolate tort a rare rabbit color?

I have 6 baby Holland lops, and we are pretty sure 2 are chocolate tort. Is chocolate tort a rare color? Also, what are they good to breed with in case I want to keep one. Here is a picture of one at a week and a half. We know it is not a orange or cream because neither parent has the agouti gene.

My Holland lop just had 7 babies in her first litter!

Is it normal to have 7 babies in 1 litter for a first time Holland lop mom? I'm worried she might be a mini lop because she is larger and less compact then my buck. Here is a picture of one of her babies and a very similar looking chocolate doe.
