I have not tried with pelts but I'm guessing depends on what thread will be holding it together..? Haha I dunno I was going to see if I could make thin enough strips of pelt or maybe something fancy like intestine thread but ya...haven't gotten that far yet, but I'm interested in how it all...

I've heard it's super normal for a doe to eat her first litter *mine nibbled on all 6 of her first litter until I got them out and buried them* but her second litter of 8 she has done absolutely perfect with. Give your doe another chance but if she keeps it up you may need to find another mama.

Hi there! I got my first pair early this year and our first litter is 8 weeks old. Will I need to separate from mom now or can they hangout until the 16week mark when I can harvest. Also if I wanted to wait until the pelt was full would they be able to stay together that long? We have 2 hutches...
