Wondering if anyone can help. I have 8 kits but one of them developed eye issues pretty much straight away once opened. I bought some over the counter stuff and it didn’t clear out so I took it to the vet. £90 later I was told it had some hairs pointing inwards that has caused an eye ulcer...

Is this little one ? mum is a chocolate butterfly. This is the dad when he was little( pic attached) Pic of the rest of the litter too. Lots of black which I was surprised at but I’m guessing the mum carries the black gene.

He/she is still here and doing well. Still half the size of the others and such a beautiful colour. Only one in the litter this colour too. I’m getting attached!

Really interested to know how it goes if you could keep us updated. I have 2 sisters that live together and I’m planning on one or both of them having babies in the next 6 months ish.

Thanks. I did think runt as he does use his/her back legs. Iv gave him a couple of extra feeds today so Fingers crossed for him

Is this a peanut or just a runt of the litter? its tiny. Some others are smaller compared to this black one but this one is by far the smallest. Mini lop breed

Day 44 - no kits. I can only presume she wasn’t pregnant. Lets hope my other doe gives birth in 7 days like she’s meant too.

Iv had it when a buck hasn’t fallen off twice with the same buck. I presumed she didn’t get pregnant but she was. Iv had it happen twice with the same buck. No fall off but still had babies.

Il put her in with him on day 40 if still no luck.

Today is morning of day 36 - no kits still. I can only guess maybe she’s not pregnant. If she’s not pregnant I’m unsure why she wouldn’t mate with the buck a couple of days ago and attacked him.

My other does have always been done by day 32. I’m just wondering if she’s not pregnant at all and I’m imagining things. :)
