    mini or young

Just picked up this rabbit. Her ears look small compared to her body. Is she a mini or just young. The other rabbits in the bin with her were large and looked to be same kind. Any info on what breed is appreciated. Thanks

    setup

yes the trees really help with the temps. I have hung a box fan in the corner as well. The fan, shade, shade cloth, and frozen water bottles have really help so far this summer. The heat and humidity here is pretty brutal

    Ear mite?

My rabbits ears started drooping 2 days ago. They don't show signs of any pain, swelling, redness, and are eating/drinking/acting normal. Is this the early stages of ear mites perhaps? I don't see any kind of build up on the inside of the ears as well. Thanks

New here and a few questions

I've already ordered an additional 2 cages to go with the 2 I currently have. She has either gotten fat awfully quick or I'll be making use of those additional cages. I'll palpate her abdomen again in a week or so. When I bought the rabbits and cages one of the two cages was missing the back...

New here and a few questions

I plan on raising these for meat. No clue of age they had been at the Atwoods I bought them from for no more than a week so maybe 6-8 weeks I'm guessing. Already built a second cage with frame kit and am ordering 2 more this week. Thanks for the warm welcome and all the helpful answers.
