Thanks for all the advice :) she's the only rabbit now just lives with two 6 week old kittens and a 5 week old skunk. I've heard that the vet would sedate her to remove the scabs so she wouldn't feel it. She's going to go for a check up anyway to make sure that her ear problem is the only issue...
