Kia/Hyundai vehicle thefts--anyone else had their car stolen?

I actually saw a news headline on this. Apparently the ones with physical keys have a trick that you can use to start them without a key. Someone found this out and made a TikTok on it so all of the TikTok kids have been trying it out apparently. They are going to put anti-theft stuff on all...

Florida Jeff new guy on the block (blog).

Tamuk rabbits aren't a breed, they are a 7 breed mixed mutt produced by Texas A&M and I believe another school. They were bred to grow fast and be heat tolerant (including not going heat sterile) so they are a good rabbit "breed" to have in the south where rabbits can have a hard time with the heat.

    Pellet Dust Recipe and Uses

From what I have seen, most people put their mealworms in wheat bran which is not dissimilar to the feed dust. I had some that I caught from a wild population (started with 5 beetles) and they did just fine on horse feed (pelleted), wheat bran cereal, and cheerios.

    Opinion please

Probably this one Leporidae | Home it's a good one. I am on there too but haven't been active in a while. And yes, I believe all of the real genes are in there and then there are some fun fantasy ones (clearly marked though I would hope people know rainbow colors and leopard spots or zebra...

Rex living on wire - a problem or not

Yeah... Was going to use heavy gauge cage floor wire, not hardware cloth. I could see something like quail doing ok on hardware cloth, but nothing heavier.

Kia/Hyundai vehicle thefts--anyone else had their car stolen?

Are those particularly easy to steal or something? No offence, but if I were going to steal a car, a Kia would not be my first pick... Though these are joyriding teens and not expected to be showing good decision making skills.... I exclusively buy manual transmission cars, so even if someone...

Taste difference between cervical dislocation vs bleeding method, what is your opinion?

Ahh, there is a barbeque place near me that has one of these in the dining room. Never knew what they were called. This one doesn't seem to be removable, but the same style.

Meat rabbit housing and some other questions

I would suggest going to a farm supply place that sells horse feed and such, tell them that you are looking for a stall dry type product to keep the pee smell down. If you have a similar product down there they should know what you are talking about and point you to the right thing.

    Too closely related to breed?

So... Thoroughbred horses have 3 foundation sires (males) that founded the entire breed, Morgans are descended from 1 stallion. I fail to see how the descendants of 2-3 bulls is an issue since there is still genetic diversity since they are being crossed back and forth through many lines of...

    Underweight?

Silica is the issue with Bamboo. It will suck it out of the ground but releases it again when eaten, burnt, or rotted.

Parents being sued. No idea what to do now

The way I see it, people (for the most part) choose to be parents. They also have the opportunity to train their children to be the people they want them to be. Your parents and other family are completely out of your control and most of my family isn't anyone I would even know if I didn't share...

    Process of raising show himis?

I think they were saying that because 12 weeks is 3 months, so they are thinking that they should separate them from the other gender and from mom at 12 weeks before they start breeding in mom's cage. I don't believe there was any intent to breed that young.

    Too closely related to breed?

So... I follow a dairy farm on FB that runs several hundred Holsteins and they use 7 or so different bulls every breeding group. They have a guy come through, he rates every cow in several different categories and then picks the best 7 or so bulls available that will correct any errors in the...

    Rabbit Pizza

It's ok, I've never lived anywhere else. The mountains are pretty, the winters are cold and wet, not warm enough to be pleasant, but too warm to freeze and stay that way so tons of mud. Summer is hot, lots of bugs and humidity. Everything is set up for car travel with no decent public transit...

Huh, I didn't know it wasn't on there. Should be now. You have the superior country... other than the cold... I don't do cold....

You're still technically American (on the correct land mass anyway), I know England calls it all the same thing from watching Kitchen Nightmare.

    Rabbit Pizza

No problem, I listen to and watch lots of cooking shows, so I'm pretty good at translating food items back and forth. A few other odd ones are courgette are zucchini, and here we have Coriander, but we only call the seed coriander and the plant is cilantro, elsewhere the entire thing is referred...

You're looking for Red Bell Pepper. We have 2 broad categories of peppers, sweet and hot so they are also sweet peppers, but I'm pretty sure you're looking specifically for the red bell peppers.

    Breeding After Mastitis

Mastitis can also be caused by a mama not being milked out enough. In the case of dairy cows if you just stop milking them they will get mastitis fast... So, I could easily see a heavily milking ewe that had multiple lambs and one or more died or were removed getting mastitis due to not having...
