That is very exciting! My doe is expecting her first litter, and she is twenty seven days now. The babies have been kicking and I really hope that she is a good mother.

    Pregnant rabbit?

So my pregnant doe is on day seventeen, but she isn’t actually nesting, she is just acting like she is preparing for nesting, like she isn’t pulling fur but she is digging around in her hay and mixing her bedding with it. I also noticed her nipples are pink and she cleans a lot. She also seems...

    Kay, here.

I have two mini rexes, one male and one female, I bred them together on September 21st, so I’m hoping for some babies! She has been acting kinda grouchy so I’m hoping she’s pregnant! Also same Cosima, I wish I could have started out with two does instead but I wasn’t able to get another one.

Okay interesting. I am just worried about getting a big litter, because if she is pregnant I wouldn’t want to make the litter size bigger😅

I just read that you don’t want your doe to urinate before an hour after breeding because it will wash the sperm away. Is that true?

    New breeder

So I am new to breeding rabbits. I have started with a pair, a buck mini rex, and doe mini rex. I bred them together last night, the buck had three fall offs. But I noticed two puddles of pee on the ground, one of which the doe peed after the last breeding, and I don’t know who’s the other...

    Breeding my first litter

So I have a question... So I’m new to rabbits, I have a mini Rex buck and doe, and I bred them last night. The buck had three fall offs but after that the doe peed, infact I saw to puddles on the floor. Is there still a chance she could take or did she wash the Senon away?
