My rabbit ate a green pepper leaf yesterday. She didn't like it. She's finicky though. They don't like the pepper itself either but if they like it I say its fine to feed a little bit.

If adding directly to plants I would let it dry and sit for a while. Experiment, see what happens. If you are putting it into potted plants I would say NO.
