It isn't an overnight process, it takes some time to get the rabbits hocks/feed healed and then for hair to grow. I would work on it every day to make sure consistent progress is made. Once it heals, the fur comes in rather quickly.

Rex as a general rule are very smart, have lovely calm temperaments, and are great mothers. the more attention you give them when young the more comfortable they are being picked up and handled.
