Welcome!!! I don't know specifically about those breeds but you can breed a larger doe to a smaller buck, you don't want to do it the other way round.

I'm working towards a nutritional plan that includes whole grains and forage. Not there yet so trying to have at least 3 months of pellets on hand. Yes, the whole grains will retain nutrition better and a heck of a lot longer if kept dry and pest free. Planting more forage trees this spring.

I have one pair of Rex and they happen to be the colors that you have. At least I am sure that the light one is an opal with that blue gray top and bright amber band. Pretty sure your other one is a castor like my buck. My doe is blue but she had opal and various shades of castor kits.
