How can I Stimulating Birth, my CAl & NZW are 2 days over due.

How much fodder is needed to replace pellets? Do i just give them a 1/4 cup of fodder and then reduce pellets that much?

They are the breeds i have, no other reason. The NZ doe is bread (so the buck is just sitting around) and the Polsih Buck is not mature yet (so the doe is just sitting around). So i thought i could get another litter this year by crossing them. Thank everyone, I will not attempt this cross.

What is the best fodder for rabbits? Corn, oats, wheat or barley?

I think i will breed her to another polish , then maybe try it with an offspring.

What I ended up doing was getting an experienced buck and he took to my virgin does with out a second thought.

Any luck with this? We are just starting for our own use now, but was thinking of expanding if there was a market around here.

What other breed besides Californian breeds good to a New Zealand for meat rabbits? Also, would like to bread it to something like a lion head for selling as pets unless they would mix well for meat. Any suggestions?
