So, I bought a Crossman revolver SNR 357, Dual ammo (BB/ .177 Cal pellets). I have had trouble finishing the rabbit with one try. I am thinking if you loose any of the Co2 when loading, it might not have enough power to complete the task. Yet @Bekah-n-Tennessee did 10. Is this gun not the best choice. I really was looking for a gun that allowed for quick multiple shots.

I use a .22 pellet rifle that's specifically for hunting and I use a hunting pellet. You have to break barrel in half to **** it. It has a 10 round clip. If you put it right next to the head like described above, it puts the rabbit down pretty much instantly. They drop, stretch out their legs and are done. They usually still have hay in their mouth when it's over. I do not need a second try, it's promptly lights out. It sounds like what your using might be under-powered.
With CO2, temperature is critical. Pressure depends on temperature. Short barrel pistols simply don't have much power, if that revolver is working like a real one with a gap between cylinder and barrel that's even worse.
I also use a Gamo Swarm break barrel .22 rifle with a 10 round magazine. With the heavier hunting pellet it's about 800 to 900 FPS. I put the barrel no more than a couple inches from the rear base of their skull, below and between the ears, aimed to come out the mouth. Unless they move suddenly it's a one shot deal. I put them in a cardboard box to control the pellet trajectory in case there's a miss. A bb or 0.177 caliber pellet isn't really enough. If you can get right on point with it and stun them with the first shot, you might be able to finish quickly with a second. I'd be sure to wear safety glasses.
Last one cooked here was a crock pot rabbit. Potato chunks, chunked carrots, cubed onion layer the bottom of the crock pot. Put the frozen rabbit on top, toss on some bay leaf, rosemary a blop of worchestershire sauce, a tiny dollop of smoked sesame oil. Salt, pepper and cover with beef bone broth. Turn it on and wait eight to ten hours. Take the rabbit off the top, let it cool a bit and debone.
