Costco bakery will usually give you buckets if you ask for them. At least, they do around here. Then have your clients put down a deposit on the bucket and bring back the bucket each time? A feed bag will hold a lot more than a bucket.

I usually swap bunny manure for garden veggies or just give it to my friends who then bring me presents. Not an official trade, but they give me something from their abundance and I give them something from mine. That results in abundance everywhere.

When we were selling our five gallon buckets we ended up going down to about $15, but the buckets were full of hand-picked dry berries and further dried out on our driveway. So very little hay and no urine. So my husband was basically getting about $3 an hour for his labor. The stuff that is being sold on eBay for high prices is handpicked and dried so it's clean and odor free. If you're just scraping everything out of your trays then that's a different product if it also includes urine and pieces of hay and feed. I would sell that to add to a raised bed for both fertilizer and conditioning, and that is what I would put as is in feed bags.
