Turned in feet

I trimmed nails, they were not that long. His feet continue to be turned in. He sometimes shakes them. Still eating fine, not losing weight, only fur with the molt. I cant find anything out there as what this could be caused from.
 
Found two callused areas on back feet that were not there when I trimmed the nails. I think his heavy molt caused matts and lead to uneven areas of fur. I put bag balm on it for now as I don't have blu kote. I also have some chicken Vetericyn Plus if you think that's better.
I have him on a solid bottom with straw now.
