I am Ogaga from Warri, Nigeria. I just bought my first pair of rabbits two weeks ago and wish to learn as much as I can, I hope to have a rabbit farm before the end of the year.
Welcome and good luck. It only took a year for my trio to grow to more rabbit than we could eat. I have enjoyed them more than I thought. On the plate and in the colony. Keep the best of the kits to expand your breeders. if you choose colony , I only keep one buck in each family group, to avoid fighting. Some have made more work with more space. Lots of different ways here and helpful people. Find what works for you and yours, and enjoy!

Welcome Ogagi!

I started with a pair 2 years ago. We've upgraded a couple times since! I now have 5 does, one is purebred, and i put my growouts in big grazing tractors in the yard. It cuts the feed bill in half.

I currently have 10 at 14 weeks and almost ready for the freezer. And 5 more behind them. One doe kindling next week and the silver fox hopefully a couple weeks after that.

I pressure can, grind and make sausage with the the meat in addition to freezing them whole.

Enjoy the ride! I love my warren!🥰
