Gnarly picture attatched.
My dog killed its siblings and mother. It's starting to nibble on solid foods, I still feed it formula, ive had it for about 5 days. It's seems full of life and has already grown a little. My experienced aquaintence in raising cottontails says rabbits are hard cause you never know it's a problem till it's dead.
Anyway.
It's genetalia area has been swelling and I believe it's tail is falling off, found blood on the area last night. I cleaned it up with some weak peroxide just to help stave off infection but the problem is obviously internal.
Online I can only guess it would be a parasite maybe? 90% mortality rate with human interception gives me low hope but I'm still trying.
Vet is not an option for my area. Any medicines will have to be bought online for any kind of rabbit supply is scarce around here.

have you been stimulating it to urinate/defecate? that almost looks like what they'd call in chickens pasty butt. A change in diet can cause that, as well as sitting on a solid surface. I would give it a solid clean, get it good and dry, and apply just a touch of polysporin (or something like that) to the area.

if it's a parasite causing damage... you'd have to figure out what type and the best way to kill it off without hurting bunny.

It's gotten to the point of no return. But for future questions such as mine, ive personally confirmed GI stasis. She's grinding her teeth has a low body temperature and very stiff now. At least I tried. She would've died either way 🤷‍♀️:(
