Is patchy fur normal when it starts coming in. Our first litter of kits came almost 3 weeks ago and they all looked normal. My current litter is 3 days old and a couple have a tiger stripe looking effect where the fur isn't coming in. I'll try to post a pic.
 
That's normal. It could be one of two things 1. their wrinkles are moist because they have sticky moist little baby folds 2. The furs has not grown in thick enough yet to create an even layer when the skin folds.
 
very normal. I mostly see that in the summer on hot days.. sweaty kits. Sometimes seen in the winter, but not very often, and only if momma has built a HUGE nest and it's a warmer day.

They were born during a bit of a december heat wave so that makes sense. Thanks!
