Help!! Loose rabbit!!

Hi guys, when I was pulling up to my house this evening after work I noticed on obviously domestic rabbit (grey and white) sitting in my yard. I tried to approach her but she run under the bushes. Right when I looked under them she ran out the other side in into my neighbors yard (they don’t have dogs😮‍💨). But while I was still looking under the bushes I heard what sounded like a baby bunny. I looked and can’t find a nest but it is down pouring and dark. Now I’m afraid to catch her and take her away from her babies if there are any. What should I do?!?
 
Should I just leave food out in the morning? I have rabbits and have somewhere to keep her if I catch her but I’m worried about possible babies.
 
Leaving food out won't help, she has access to food all around! Maybe some food pellets but...

Did you catch her or find out anything yet?
 
I've caught roaming rabbits by using another rabbit as bait. lol I simply put a rabbit in a cage on the ground and sit next to it until the stray comes up to inspect if it's near enough to see the other rabbit. It'll usually be too preoccupied sniffing the other to react fast enough to me snatching it...only got one or two shots at it before they wisen up though.
 
I have not caught her but we got super close today. I’m going to call the pound tomorrow to get a couple traps. My neighbor finally answered the door today and said that she has been hopping around for a few weeks
