I agree with trying to breed if she is adult weight. Weight and age are both factors. I bred my does at 4.5 months because studies show you get bigger litters if you start earlier (ideal when raising for meat) and they were adult weight. They were very receptive and had first time litters of 10 and 7 and were both great moms. Neither of mine were mean, but one did become much less skittish after her litter.
 
I would go ahead and breed her if she's at senior weight. It might mellow her out a little, or it won't and she will continue the aggressive behavior. I had one doe who lunged for my hand one time. I gave her a quick bop on the nose and a loud, firm NO! and that was all it took. I would not keep a rabbit who routinely tried to bite or attack me though. If it's a protective mom who is sweet and easy to handle any other time, she gets a pass and I can work around that. But a rabbit who is just mean and nasty gets eaten or sold very quickly.
If she's white, there is a chance she has vision issues and may not see as well. Maybe she just sees movement and is trying to protect herself. Maybe offer her a handful of hay or grass or treats and encourage her to come to you. While she eats, try to pet her and talk to her in a nice soothing voice.
