It would be nice if they would summarize in basic English, but you will find if you persevere that it will begin to make some kind of sense.

Can someone whose read this link post an answer in common words? I'm not sure I completely understand it. what's the significance of all that- what is it saying we should be doing? Thanks!

Nice link. Of course, nutritive value isn't the only consideration for pasture. Toxicity and medicinal value are other factors.
