My family is new to walking the self sufficiency path. My grandparents and great grandparents were farmers so I was very fortunate to be raised around this way of life. Like many people here, I'm trying to balance family life, chores, and school and rethink and prioritize what is best for my family in these crazy times. We are in the city now but not wanting to be here indefinitely. I'm doing what I can where I'm at and starting small. It's both overwhelming and rewarding. Until recently, I hadn't accepted or understood the importance of community support. We are pretty private homebodies. Having said that, I certainly appreciate this forum. I'm looking forward to participating and connecting. What a wonderful resource and opportunity! Thanks everyone!!
