The recipe calls for lemon pepper, cumin, and fresh garlic. I omitted the lemon pepper and increased the cumin. It turned out pretty good but I think I should've left the lemon pepper in.
Hello All! So tonight I'm going to make white chili but I'm going to use rabbit instead of chicken for the first time. I have read that rabbit takes seasoning better than chicken and I don't want to over season it. Does anyone have a general rule for seasoning when substituting rabbit for...
It does seem like a controversial topic where I live too. Even though my area is rural there are a lot of people that I have encountered that think it's weird to raise rabbits for meat. Although to be honest the same people think its weird to raise any animal with the intention of eating it.

I totally agree. What is that called, again? Rabbitosis Acquireosis? Or something like...
Thank you. And you also helped with another question that I was going to ask which was what to look for when choosing. Thanks again
Thank you. I was thinking about that as well. I told my DH that I needed another buck but he wasn't all about it. I'm going to have to wear him down. I'm...
Hello all. I'm pretty new to rabbit breeding. I currently have 2 does, 1 buck, and a litter of six kits that are 8 weeks old today. As having rabbits is highly addictive I'm already planning on more rabbits. I originally planned on buying 2 young does if I found some that I liked but then it...
