Yeahhhh. My blk otter had her 3rd healthy litter. 5 kits this time.

I have MR and I made my nest boxes, 10x10 and the front has a 4" side, and the top is a 6 " pc. As you can see, all my dim mentions were equal, so it made it very easy to assemble. (these are wood). And I really like them. When the kits are done with them, I put Them in the sun for 3 days...

I just had 1 yesterday too. First time mom. But more blood than what I think as normal, her bottom was odd looking. ..... Only had 1 kit but it was dead too. :(((. The worst part is, it wasn't my rabbit. It was my daughters friends'. It has been very hot, and humid here, in Central Michigan.

Well, I am sad to say, we lost this doe today, during kindling. She had 1 kit cleaned up in the nest box. But she too was 1/2 in the nest box, lots of blood loss, good amount of fur pulled, gone when I got hm from work today. Just feel bad that is was a friends doe, not my own. :(...

We have mini rexes also, and absolutely love the breed. Even the Sr. Are small enough for my daughter to handle comfortably. We have a little of everything in color. Tort, blk otter, blue, REW, choc, chinchilla, castor. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

I was in a pinch also, I ended up using heavy Duty zip ties. I have used them On 3 pens, and it's worked great!

Our heat index is 110 lately. Besides the ice bottles, fans ice cubes in water dishes... Any other tricks to help our furry friends?

My friend/rabbit judge. Has this prob, she adds whole black sunflower seeds to her Rabbitry On a nightly basis.
