The Himis are overposed. The hocks need to be completely flat on the table. I know that stretching them out further than what their correct pose is makes them look better. Himalayans don't have a completely flat topline, but I have seen several that are pretty darn close to being completely flat. Try posing your Himis with the back toes directly under the stifle and the hocks lying completely flat on the table.
