This is my goal. If anyone noticed I posted all night long. I just kept taking more meds but I ended up so drugged I couldn't do anything except rotate through 4 or 5 forums hoping someone was awake and posting while unable to sleep. All because I took like a 1hr nap on accident due to being sick so I've been up 36hrs since then. These "accidents" didn't use to happen but I finally found a working insomnia med that is not some anxiety or depression med that also makes you drowsy. I think it's rewiring my brain. I haven't been able to take naps even in preschool and suddenly I can. On top of that I can fall asleep while driving which while not good is amazing for my brain. It only took refusing my high risk, barely working medications and not sleeping near to the point of suicidal to get my psychiatrist to try one of the safest but little known medications in existence.

They've got this huge book next to them and an online computer library specially for doctors so why can't they come up with the same info and dosages as me rather than only prescribing what they've been told about by drug reps or other doctors? So far intuition, wikipedia, and random study summaries from websites beats the knowledge of 3 general practitioners, 4 psychiatrists, a cardiologist, and a pulmonologist. Plus a few I'm not counting cause I gave up on them by random pointless health test number 1 Can I just have my own script pad?
