So today I got home from work and was loving up on all my buns and finallly got to my baby boy ( my first rabbit pet rabbit before I decided to become a breeder ;) ) cage. I brought him outside and let him run around while I fed and attended to my other buck. As I was getting out of the enclosure Jack was waiting for me and I bent down to get him.....SPRAYED ALL OVER MY CLOTHES.....bent down to get him again to take him inside....SPRAYED IN THE FACE. -_________- Let's say we are making a trip to the vet soon for some SNIP SNIP below the belt.

I've been shot in the mouth several times. Lucky never while my mouth was open. I don't mind getting shot as much as having them wet my bed in the middle of the night.

Mine never stay in bed except Kido. Kido spent his first year and a half in a tiny cage, even for a Netherland (18x18"?), only being handled for shows and seeing does so he really doesn't know what to do. He hops down me, he hops back up me, he hops down me, gets concerned, stands up, looks around, and runs up to lay on my face for a few minutes and that's his whole repertoire for hours if you get him out on the bed unless you spend 5mins showing him that yes he can hop down off a person and up on to one and then he just does a little circle on the empty section of the bed and return again. Even in a cage he mostly sits and 6months later has finally started to throw boxes as toys.

Now the ones we've raised even as meat rabbits are half pet and will boldly head off across the house after awhile. Shimo is mostly litter box trained so she's out a fair amount. She likes to harass Amako who's in the bottom cage and I have to go yell at her. She also uses the akita as a step stool to get back on the bed much to Zami's annoyance just to push her whiskers in my face to my annoyance and let me know she's still around before leaving by way of dog step stool again. At least ~3lbs of rabbit on 80lbs of dog isn't enough of a burden to convince Zami to actually do anything about it except sit up enough to stare at her which Shimo recognizes and ignores.

Hahah I was like really? and my brother's girlfriend brought some cake and he hopped over to were I was eating on this stone wall thing around the fire place and he decided the black berry wine cake is delicious ( omg it's so awesome). He's on his best behavior when he wants a bite or three of a treat ;)

I'd love to have a rabbit sleep in my bed if he didn't poop! :D

I just found out he also knows how to go upstairs >.> My mom pointed out that he was going upstairs so I'm assuming he needed to go potty. If I don't put him away and he has to go he puts his butt in face and pees on my chest or on my lap if he's on the couch with me. He's lucky I love him lol

We had several Cal kits that were headed for freezer camp. We were short on cage space, so we kept two buckling littermates together in one cage. They didn't fight with each other, so we just left them like that. However, one buck sprayed the other so often that my kids took to calling the unfortunate buckling "Pee-Face".

I had a poor doe housed between 2 bucks who decided to have a urine marking war. Despite each cage being 3' long and the bucks not standing right at the wire the poor himi doe turned yellow and I had to give her a bath. The himi buck still has a yellowish head 2 months later. Even those netherlands can hit over 5' away.
