I agree it is likely liver coccidiosis. It will help to see a picture.
The meat will be fine but the organs, as Ladysown has already said, should be discarded. You may find that other fryers from the same litter are similarly affected. Sometimes the animals will be visibly ill, I have heard, but the only time I have seen it here the fryers seemed perfectly healthy until I opened them up.
Usually liver coccidiosis is a result of poor sanitation. The litter I was speaking of were dirty little rabbits... pooping and peeing in their water and feed. Their mother always had enormous litters and raised almost all of them, but she did not train her youngsters well and her daughters were not particularly good mothers. I eventually culled that entire line.
