I think Slick and several of her offspring have gone to snail heaven-- though the tank water is not fouled- a whole bunch of snails are MIA I guess I have been trading snails for kits---
where is Slick?

Sorry to hear your Slick family is missing so many members... I don't imagine that the life span of a snail is too long. Kits are cuddlier and cuter anyway.
Wouldn't their shells still be in there? Maybe they have found a place to hide, like the filter or in the gravel? Or they have gone walkabout, and you will find them under the sofa one day....I hope not!

Heck-- the mold abatement probably 'scared' them-- and yeah== the walk-about is possible-- after all, I did find a fairly dried out Slick on the counter one day-- remember? if they left the tank during the mold correcting, I would not have been around to find them soon enough to put them back in it---
